Update on Cloud13 Service Window Today

Our aim is always to schedule service windows and upgrades during times that least impact our customers' operations. With this in mind, the upgrade for Cloud13 was initially set to take place during the night between September 21st and 22nd.

Unfortunately, due to a bug in our scheduling tool, the upgrade process was inadvertently initiated during business hours today. Fortunately, we detected this early on, halted the process, and restored the current (non-upgraded) version.

We've identified the root cause of this scheduling bug and are taking steps to rectify it. We will proceed with the upgrade as initially planned during the night between September 21st and 22nd.

Furthermore, we will be conducting a thorough post-mortem to delve into how this oversight occurred, ensuring measures are put in place to prevent similar incidents in the future.
